Міжнародна організація Tdh оголошує вакансію спеціаліста з тренінгів (далі – англійською).

International organization on child protection and health care Terre des homes (Tdh) is seeking for Training Officer.

Location: Mariupol

Position Type: Full-time

Deadline: Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basisI

Duration of the project: 5 months, December 2015 – April 2016

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

• Organize training on the tools and techniques connected with Child Protection.

• Take part in training sessions and extraordinary meetings initiated by superiors.

• Suggest training modules in collaboration with the project leaders.

• Develop appropriate tools and training modules.

• Lead training sessions for project teams.

• Continually identify any new guidance requirements for the teams.

• Share and, if necessary, create planning, monitoring and evaluation tools which can be adapted to different projects.

• Draw up the budget for the action plan.

• Adhere to current budget guidelines and the budget, and ensure they are followed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in child protection;

• Awareness of the international standards of Child Protection and Human Rights;

• Awareness of minimum standards of Child Protection in humanitarian actions;

• Good communication and negotiation skills;

• Analytical and planning skills;

• Ability to work under the pressure and with tough deadlines;

• Fluency in English.
