Seeking Subject Matter Expert(s) on Strategic Cоmmunications and Marketing

CRDF Glоbal (Representative office in Ukraine) is seeking Subject Matter Expert(s) on Strategic Communications and Marketing

For an upcoming engagement, CRDF Global is seeking the subject matter expert(s), who would be expected to provide contracted services such as, but not limited to: 

• Development, processing and editing texts/articles/messages, delivering stylistic improvements and overseeing alignment with corporate policies, values and leadership messages;
• Reaching out to media providers and news agencies, establishing productive relationships to enable attendance at the CRDF events, media exposure, recording of interviews, broadcasts;
• Preparing, compiling and structuring content for the online resources/mobile apps developed in support of the project activities;
• Drafting press releases, news, posts for circulation among external actors or in the media;
• Collaborate with marketing professionals to produce copy for advertisements or articles;
• Facilitate the resolution of disputes with external role-players
• Selection of the photos and videos for publication purposes or dissemination among the partners;
• Working closely with Arlington office to ensure timely publications of news and posts on CRDF resources;
• Comprehensive development of Strategic Communication plans and approaches with all inherent elements entailed;
• Spearheading or contributing to the development of media/advertisement campaigns or any indispensable parts thereof;
• Collaborating with and providing guidance to vendors and contractors responsible for design and production of branded Items, advertisement (indoor, outdoor, digital), visibility and media exposure products and services;
• Participating in the development of criteria and requirements for the selection of prospect vendors tasked with delivery of any visibility/communication/media products or services;
• Designing of or contributing to SOWs, TORs pertaining to the subject area;
• Supporting design of various graphic and video materials. Keeping branding policy requirements as well as use of logos on check;
• Participating and delivering expertise to the development and conduct of sociological, progress (baseline, mid-term, endline) surveys;
• Facilitating media coverage of the public events, such as meetings, workshops, trainings, press conferences, sessions, summits, etc.;
• Copywriting;
• Supporting, contributing and overseeing visibility efforts of various nature and modality;
• Designing, development and conducting trainings on media and strategic communication for the CRDF team, beneficiaries and partners;
• Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership.
