Оголошується вакансія помічника проекту EQUIP, далі – англійською. 

CO “Future Development Agency” has the following vacancy and encourages suitably qualified candidates to apply.

Position: EQUIP Project Assistant

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Reporting to: EQUIP Ukraine Country Director – on program issues; FDA COO – on administrative issues.

Purpose of the job: The Project Assistant will work as a member of the Administrative Support Team for USAID funded EQUIP project in Ukraine. The Project Assistant will be responsible for provision of program and administrative support to EQUIP that include maintaining project correspondence, assisting with meetings preparations, coordination of logistics of events, drafting program reports, keeping operational communication with EQUIP partners and consultants, operational translation of project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor in Public Health or Social Sciences plus relevant experience.
  • 1 year experience.
  • Experience working on research projects.
  • Working knowledge of Hepatitis C, HIV and infectious diseases
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian.

Key Performance Areas Amongst others include:

  • Perform general office operations: Provide support with correspondence, list mailings, assist with meeting preparations, data entry, and maintain department supply inventory, and records.
  • Events Coordination: assist with logistics, prepare and organize materials, vendors and supplies. Prepare agendas, assemble materials, and help prepare presentations.
  • Publications support: Assist with design and production of media, press releases, and other publications.
  • Public Relations support: assist in maintaining lists and other media as needed.
  • Organization of circulation of organization documents.
  • Monitoring of timely submission of reports by the EQUIP implementing partners and control their compliance with the EQUIP-RTC Central reporting standards throughout reporting period.
  • Maintaining and monitoring of filing system of the project team.
  • Translation of correspondence, documentation and other relevant materials needed for the EQUIP-RTC Ukraine, including drafting correspondence to partners in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
  • Providing an administrative assistance to the EQUIP-RTC Ukraine staff and outsourced experts national and international travels.
  • Maintaining and monitoring implementing partners, strategic partners and consultants’ databases.
  • Collecting and analysing information needed for the operation of the EQUIP-RTC Ukraine team.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
