Professionals for Reform Support Mechanism (PRSM) provides human resource support – from managers to technical experts – to critical reform initiatives undertaken by national governmental agencies. PRSM is a multi-donor platform, which improves coordination of donor efforts for greater impact and avoids overlap of donor funding. It does not support routine work of the Government of Ukraine that is normally managed by the civil service.

PRSM is a program of the Ukrainian non-government organization “Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine” (the Foundation). PRSM will also pay limited-term salaries of key positions within the army of volunteers that currently work without pay on reforms across the Government Ministries.

PRSM is currently seeking for candidates for the expert team under the Presidential Administration of Ukraine to fill the following positions:

1. Team Lead;
2. Senior Expert – Tax and Customs;
3. Senior Expert – Land reform;
4. Senior Expert – Business Regulation;
5. Senior Expert – Macroeconomic issues;
6. Expert – Tax and Customs;
7. Expert – Business Regulation.
