Deloitte is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a YouTube Support Consultant for the Health Reform Communication Stream in support of the USAID Health Reform Support Project (HRS).

Period of Performance: July 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021 

Level of Effort: up to 45 days

Project Background and Summary:

The purpose of USAID Health Reform Support is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:

1. Improve health sector governance.
2. Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
3. Strengthen the health workforce.
4. Enhance transparency, accountability and responsiveness of the health care system.
5. Improve service delivery system at all levels.

Objective

YouTube Support Consultant will work on optimization of National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) YouTube channel to improve communications efforts targeted on health workers.

Tasks:

• Optimization of titles and descriptions of 40 top videos
• Renovation of 40 top videos’ covers
• Optimization of cards and final screens of 40 top videos
• Timecoding of 50 videos

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2-years of proven work with YouTube channels (portfolio is required)
• Experience in creation and promotion of successful YouTube channel will be an asset
• Strong coordination skills
• Excellent interpersonal communicational and organizational skills
• ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize competing responsibilities
