Public Association Marshall 2.0 is looking for a Head of External Relations and Partnerships to strengthen cooperation with international donor organizations, iNGO offices in Ukraine, private sector organizations, and governmental structures in Ukraine.

A key objective is to strongly focus on external relations development, primarily on institutional donors, private sector partners, and government officials.

About Marshall 2.0 PA

Marshall 2.0 is an association founded in Ukraine by professionals in the fields of construction, transport, logistics, social sphere, and charity. The Association has a non-profit status and plans to become a reliable partner in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Our mission is to ensure high-quality, rapid, and transparent reconstruction of Ukraine for the sake of the Ukrainian people’s prosperous, fair, and successful future.

Our activities focus on the search for financing, development of projects, and consulting of state authorities, local hromadas, and private sector organizations in matters of reconstruction, search for investments and sustainable development.

For this purpose, we are actively developing cooperation with organizations mentioned above. We offer our experience, abilities, and skills for writing projects for further financing by international donor organizations and private sector organizations.

Objectives of this role

• Represent the Association effectively with comprehensive knowledge of its offerings.
• Research target audiences’ needs and identify how our solutions address them.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of local agents.
• Achieve the Association’s objectives by planning thoroughly, setting partnership goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts in recovery, infrastructure development, and investments on the community level.
• Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they’re using effective engagement tactics to meet key cooperation objectives with local communities and large donor organizations.
• Generate leads and establish and nurture partner relationships.
• Foresee matching communities’ needs in recovery with available financial opportunities from large international donors and private sector organizations.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic development plan that expands our partners’ database and extends the Association’s global reach.
• Meet with potential donors and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Participation in recruiting local agents, setting objectives, training and coaching them, and monitoring their performance.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Ensure the organization’s quotas are met by holding weekly check-ins with the agents’ team to set objectives and monitor progress.
• Creating and maintaining donors’ databases.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Required skills and qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in partnership development.
• Proven record of success with the entire partnership development, from planning to closing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ukrainian language – fluent, English – C1.
• Superb leadership ability.
• Ability to travel at least 35% of the time.
• Motivational speaking experience.
