Nature of Consultancy: Under the overall supervision of the Emergency and Stabilization National Programme Officer, and the direct supervision of the Project Specialist, the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of IOM Ukraine’s Emergency and Stabilization-related programming.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall implementation of Emergency and Stabilization efforts.
- Assist in procurement of assets for internally displaced people (IDPs) in all oblasts of Ukraine:
- Prepare all necessary documents (finance, procurement);
- Contact vendors on daily basis;
- Perform quality check of the provided financial forms.
- Assist in the conduct of sample surveys of internally displaced people (IDPs) in all oblasts of Ukraine through telephone interviews in support of humanitarian programmes in Ukraine:
- Conduct telephone interviews with the beneficiaries of IOM projects;
- Enter the data into the database and complete the questionnaires;
- Perform the quality checks of the filled out forms;
- Report on the developments and issues of concern that may arise.
- Perform interviewing (verification), informing (notification) and PDM (post distribution monitoring) phone surveys of Cash assistance project beneficiaries;
- Perform other relevant duties as may be assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in sociology, political science, international relations would be an advantage.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
- Experienced with organizational and administrative duties.
- Knowledge of humanitarian activities and context is advantageous
Languages
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is required.
