Будь ласка, надсилайте свої резюме: Innovation and Inclusion Fund Project Officer (Kyiv/Dnipro/Odesa/Lviv/Mykolaiv) | Mercy Corps Ukraine

About Mercy Corps:

Mercy Corps is a leading global organization powered by the belief that a better world is possible. In disaster, in hardship, in more than 40 countries around the world, we partner to put bold solutions into action — helping people triumph over adversity and build stronger communities from within.

Now, and for the future.

The Program/Department Summary:

Mercy Corps Ukraine has created an Innovation and Inclusion Fund for Ukraine. The goal of this Fund is to identify and support innovations that have the potential to significantly improve the lives of Ukrainian people.
The fund seeks innovations that demonstrate strong social impact, offer more effective solutions to specific social or development issues, and align with Mercy Corps Ukraine’s strategy, namely in the areas of inclusion, agriculture, economic development, climate change, recovery and humanitarian assistance.
The Fund is divided into two key components:
Innovation: Focusing on supporting projects that introduce novel ideas, technologies, collaborations, processes or business models with the potential to create significant social impact. It aims to foster creativity and encourage the development of solutions to address pressing challenges.
Inclusion: Dedicated to initiatives that promote inclusivity and ensure that underprivileged or underserved groups are actively involved and benefited. It supports proposals that address issues of equity and accessibility, ensuring that innovation reaches all segments of the Ukraine population.
These are not mutually exclusive, as it is recognized that there could be (and should be, wherever possible) intersectionality between the two components of the Fund.
