The objective of the reform initiative is to strengthen the institutional framework and governance of the State Fiscal Service (SFS), build SFS internal capacity, restructure revenue administration processes and thus create a modern SFS that is service-oriented and enjoys a high degree of public trust. The reform includes the tax and customs components.
Tax Expert will participate in development and implementation of the detailed action plan on tax specific reforms in coordination with SFS, IMF, CMU, Parliament and experts based on the SFS reform concept approved by the CMU in March 2017.
