Communication Account Manager / Менеджер з комунікацій

- General support to the Senior Communication Expert in daily activities (events, campaigns, planning etc.)
- Ensuring proper paperwork with Providers according to the EU regulations and Project’s regulations: briefs development, preparation of the documentation for the Providers selection, contracts, billing and outputs filing
- Assisting in management social media accounts
- Regular updates of the website
- Update of the stakeholders’ databases
- Coordination of provider’s work
- Higher education
- Minimum two years of previous work experience carrying out administrative duties or account management related to communications
- Excellent knowledge of office applications (e.g. MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point) and internet browsers;
- Proven experience of work with the documentation and multiple providers
- Experience in communications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations and to work in a team;
- Organisational and analytical skills and initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
