Dear Sir or Madam,

Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), under the USAID Competitive Economy Program (CEP), USAID Contract No. 72012118C00002, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Administration of Municipal Competitiveness Index (MCI) Survey. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

Companies or organizations should indicate their interest in submitting a proposal for the anticipated subcontract by sending an email indicating their intention (“expression of interest”) to [email protected] by July 22, 2019. Organizations indicating their interest in submitting a proposal will receive any provided ‘answers to questions.’ Applications are due no later than August 4, 2019.

Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP. Interested Offerors can submit their questions to [email protected] according to the instructions in Section I of the RFP.

This RFP does not obligate Chemonics to execute a subcontract nor does it commit Chemonics to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, Chemonics reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of Chemonics.
