Тендер на послуги експерта з оцінки виконання проекту “Соціальні антикризові центри”

Caritas Germany together with Caritas Ukraine invites to participate in competition the experts for evaluation of implemented project “Social Hubs”. 

The objective of the assignment 

The main objective of the evaluation is to get external professional feedback on the first project phase (2017-2018) as well as recommendations on how to continue and further improve the project in its second phase in 2019-2021. Since the implementation of the project was led by Caritas Ukraine, the evaluation will be performed together with a local evaluator.

It shall, first of all, serve as a learning and critical reflection exercise to inform planning for the second project phase (2019-2021). Thus the evaluation will contribute to making the best use of the opportunity to further adapt and improve the project set-up of this running project for the next three years and to ensure that the project serves the needs and interest of most vulnerable beneficiaries. The evaluators will therefore also have the role of consultants to give practical advice and recommendations to the partner on how to improve the project set-up, how to address identified weaknesses and build on existing strengths, how to further improve efficiency and effectiveness and what can be done to strengthen sustainability.
