Тендер на залучення національного експерта / Tender Announcement on the Engagement of a National Expert

The NGO “UA Experts” invites qualified candidates to participate in a tender for the provision of technical expertise within the framework of the National Programme on Response to Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (GBV).

The selected National Expert (Position 4.4) will be responsible for the development of a harmonized national assessment report, including analysis of the quality of services, implemented policies, identified gaps, and formulation of recommendations for a new costed national programme, based on previously collected assessment data.

Scope of work and requirements for the National Expert are defined in the Terms of Reference, Section 4.4, and include, but are not limited to:
• analysis of national legislation and policies in the field of GBV prevention and response;
• identification of legislative and policy gaps and inconsistencies;
• assessment of compliance with international standards;
• integration and synthesis of analytical findings into a single harmonized national report;
• formulation of evidence-based recommendations and preparation of analytical outputs in cooperation with UNFPA and other experts.
