The USAID funded SAFEMed project implemented in Ukraine by international non-profitable organization Management Sciences for Health Inc. (MSH) expresses its respect to you and addresses you with the Request for Proposals (RFP) “Legal support of the activities of USAID/SAFEMed Project on HTA entity/function establishment, National Essential Medicines list implementation and quantification methodology improvement for public procurement of medicines”.
The goal of this solicitation is to obtain legal support in providing technical assistance to the Government of Ukraine (GoU), the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MOH) and the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) to strengthen governance within the pharmaceutical sector of Ukraine; optimize the financing of the pharmaceutical sector and increase the availability and appropriate use of medicines in Ukraine as a part of public health reform process.
