Background
Pact seeks a consultant to provide technical services for developing database and publication of the project graduates who launched their businesses; developing and moderating a chat for project graduates and providing services of transferring data from paper questionnaires to electronic format for the GAC-funded project Women Included: Nurturing Growth & Security (WINGS) which is aimed at enhancing economic prosperity for women and the most vulnerable and marginalized living in Ukraine through enhancing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Pact partnered with three leading Ukrainian NGOs, Poltava charitable organization “Light of Hope”, Kyiv and Kharkiv branches of charitable organization “Convictus Ukraine” and Lviv charitable foundation “Walnut House” that will implement the WINGS project in four respective regions of Ukraine. Pact will strengthen the capacity of implementing partners, to deliver the project’s service package that includes business skills training for women beneficiaries of the project.
Main purpose of consultancy/technical support
- Develop the instrument for data collection;
- Collect data from WINGS project graduates who launched their businesses;
- Develop and maintain the database and publication of the WINGS project graduates who launched their businesses;
- Coordinate design development of the publication of the WINGS project graduates who launched their businesses;
- Develop and moderate a chat for project graduates;
- Transfer data from paper questionnaires to electronic format;
Deliverables
- Filled databases of the WINGS project graduates who launched their businesses in Excel format.
- Developed and designed publication of the WINGS project graduates who launched their businesses.
- Filled Excel database of Studio of Opportunity participants’ responses.
