Pact seeks for a consultant for coordination the development of the framework of a technical support service for ITC DataCheck in cooperation with key stakeholders which includes performing the following tasks:

• Analysis of the DataCheck users experience and their requests for technical support as well as effective ways of resolution the most common requests
• Development the framework of technical support service (including development the solutions of automatic troubleshooting and technical support services) and its implementation plan
• To design standard technical support operating procedures (SOPs)
• To develop job aids, guidelines, job descriptions and other technical documents to support SOPs’ and technical support service’s operation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of industry experience as a technical support specialist, developer, SWE, or similar job roles.
• Experience with Information and telecommunication system (ITS) and another information system, namely ITS DataCheck (highly desirable)
• Experience of work/organization related to technical support and online services at the national level
• Work experience with USAID projects in Ukraine
• Experience work with web-based applications
• Good writing and speaking skills in both Ukrainian and English
• Interpersonal skills, punctuality, discipline and mindfulness

Schedule of Deliverables (in total expected 30 working days till September 30,2023):

• By 30/06/2023, finalized and agreed with key stakeholders the framework of technical support service
• By 15/07/2023 – finalized and agreed with key stakeholders implementation plan
• By 31/07/2023 – finalized and agreed with key stakeholders SOPs
• By 31/08/2023, finalized and agreed with key stakeholders job aids, guidelines,

By 25/09/2023 finalized and agreed with key stakeholders job descriptions and other technical documents to support SOPs’ and technical support service’s operation
