Тендер: IT DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED HUMANITARIAN AID GOVERNANCE SYSTEM

In October 2019, Alinea International launched a new five-year project in Ukraine: Support Ukraine Reforms in Governance (SURGe).

SURGe’s Ultimate Outcome is to help the Government of Ukraine (GoU) to deliver governance and economic reforms that better respond to the needs of its citizens. SURGe continues working with various GoU stakeholders and international organizations to develop the architecture of humanitarian governance within the Humanitarian Assistance Governance Reform Initiative.

Within this RI, SURGe is aimed to respond to the challenges of the humanitarian crisis caused by the russia’s invasion of Ukraine. We plan to contribute to the goal, when humanitarian aid to the citizens of Ukraine is provided and accompanied by verified data in the integrated humanitarian aid governance system by civil society organizations, donors and international humanitarian organizations to respond to the humanitarian crisis and challenges taking into account the needs of different groups of citizens.

At present, SURGe is soliciting proposals for IT development of an integrated humanitarian aid governance system that will provide complex IT solution for coordination and monitoring the humanitarian assistance to vulnerable groups of potential recipients.
