Position Purpose

Pact seeks a consultant a consultant for the development of the template for the analytical note and performing writing analysis and visualization on the Community Action progress in Q2FY24 and perform the following tasks during the period May 6- June 30, 40 working days:

• Develop template of the analytical note on the project progress based on CAHC quarterly and annual reports previously submitted to USAID and current trends in the project implementation – till May 15 
• Write analysis and visualization for the analytical note in English (up to 15 pages) – till May 31 
• Conduct analysis to explore potential correlation on service providers performance and their attendance in skill-building events – till June 30 
• Conduct analysis of the frequency of CAHC clients testing on HIV and cross-check with other projects’ clients – till June 15 
• Develop an analytical plan for research of potential predictors for defining new HIV cases – till June 30
