IREX in Ukraine seeks a qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator to support day-to-day monitoring and evaluation of the Ukraine National Identity Through Youth (UNITY) program. The M&E Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Research and Learning and work closely with program and partner teams. He/she will be responsible for data standardization and management, data processing, analysis and reporting by USAID requirements, overseeing subgrantees’ M&E performance, design of surveys, data visualization.

Your Background & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or related field,
- 2 years relevant work experience.
- Experience with data quality assessments and oversight.
- Experience in planning and managing surveys, including the development of data collection tools from scratch.
- Extensive knowledge of data cleaning guidelines and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of analytical software and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with USAID reporting requirements is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken command of English and Ukrainian
- Must demonstrate valid proof of unrestricted work authorization in Ukraine.
Your Daily Tasks
- Clean, aggregate, and analyze monitoring data.
- Prepare annual and semiannual reports to the Donor. Report on data management systems.
- Regularly review programs’ data collection processes, while performing data quality assessments and making adjustments as needed.
- Develop data collection instruments and flows to ensure data integrity and validity at the output and outcome levels.
- Manage internal data trackers and change logs.
- Upload and manage data in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
- Analyze M&E data and results to determine impact of program activities and progress towards achieving goals and objectives. Use the analyzed data to produce internal reports and research.
- Prepare data summaries, data analyses, visualizations and reports in support of team learning, donor reporting, and IREX requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection protocols in all aspects of data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Provide capacity-building and coaching for local partners in all aspects of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and data collection.
- Oversee M&E of subgrantees.
- Design and lead training on M&E, data management and data-based decision making.
- Other support duties as needed.

This position is eligible for Remote work. The eligible employee is a regular, full-time Ukraine-based staff who works from a worksite outside the Kyiv office on a more permanent or ongoing basis.
