About the Role
We are seeking Logistics coordinator in Kyiv to be part of our supply chain operations in Ukraine.
In this role, you’ll coordinate crucial logistics activities supporting our engineering, production, and warehousing functions. You’ll ensure the seamless movement of freight, maintain inventory accuracy, and serve as the vital communication hub between suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate transportation logistics for deliveries and transfers between multiple locations
- Create documentation including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing slips
- Manage order fulfillment from request to delivery
- Source and procure specialty non-BOM items based on team requirements
- Prepare and process Requests for Quotations (RFQs)
- Maintain daily communication with warehouses, labs, and logistics providers
- Provide comprehensive updates on order status and transportation
- Develop detailed logistics reports, meeting minutes, and work instructions
- Maintain meticulous inventory records across all location transfers
- Handle warranty claims and complaints for faulty items or supply delays
- Conduct cost analysis and rate evaluations
- Ensure accuracy of finished goods inventory within our ERP system (Odoo)
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts
Qualifications:
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English language proficiency, both written and spoken
- Fluent Ukrainian language skills
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Docs suite
- Experience with ERP systems
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
