Pact is an International NGO with offices throughout the world with a mission to enable systematic solutions that allow those who are poor and marginalized to earn a dignified living, be healthy and take part in the benefits that nature provides. Pact accomplishes this by strengthening local capacity, forging effective governance systems and transforming markets into a force for development. Pact Inc. is implementing a USAID-funded project Public Health System Recovery and Resilience Activity. The primary goal of PHS R&R is to strengthen the Government of Ukraine (GoU)’s capacity to prevent, detect and respond to public health threats, sustain critical public health services during a crisis, and protect the health of all Ukrainians including vulnerable and marginalized groups.

Pact seeks a vendor to conduct Community Health Assessment in 8 targeted regions of Ukraine (Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia and Odesa). The activities will include: 32 focus groups in 8 targeted regions, community survey in 16 targeted communities, 16 in-depth interviews with PHC directors and analytical report preparation. Results of the assessment will be used for further planning and implementing of relevant PHS R&R activities and donor reporting.
