Cyber Hygiene E-Learning Platform Development

CRDF Global is seeking for a Contractor for Cyber Hygiene E-Learning Platform development.

Summary:

With the backing of the U.S. Department of State, CRDF Global spearheaded the creation of a Cyber Hygiene E-Learning Course in 2019. This course was designed to heighten awareness of cyber threats and enhance cyber hygiene skills among Ukrainian students and government officials. Each course comprises approximately 10 modules, culminating in a final test, and requires 60-80 minutes of study time.

Considering evolving threats and trends, CRDF Global is currently updating the course. In collaboration with Ukrainian and International Cybersecurity experts, CRDF Global will develop new modules and update existing cyber hygiene e-learning courses for the target audience.  CRDF Global is seeking an experienced vendor to propose the development of a unified platform for students and government officials to use for the Cyber Hygiene E-learning Course. The chosen contractor will be tasked with the development, supply, implementation, design development, and regular technical support of the Cyber Hygiene E-Learning Course platform. It is crucial that the selected vendor’s delivery aligns with CRDF Global’s project goals and objectives and the specific requirements of our customers.

CRDF Global will choose the contractor that offers the best value, considering both the overall price and the contractor’s experience. The contractor must demonstrate their proven expertise in developing online educational platforms, particularly those with robust cybersecurity protocols, and that their capabilities align with the provided technical task.

Scope: 
The initiative is part of CRDF Global’s commitment to bolstering cyber resilience in Ukraine. The Cyber Hygiene E- Learning Platform is envisioned to be a centralized platform that will focus on education and delivering cyber hygiene training courses for a variety of stakeholders. The main goal of the selected Vendor will be to develop a high-quality web platform. The interface shall be in Ukrainian, allowing for further expansion to other languages, adapted for PC, tablet and smartphone (mobile version), adapted for browsers MS Edge, Safari, Mozilla, Google Chrome. The website should allow adding and managing its content by administrator and allow to download a statistic using different filters. Website should be developed using the up-to-date tools, designed accordingly to its topic and purpose. The contractor should ensure that all design and development activities are closely coordinated with CRDF Global’s responsible team. The Contractor is expected to provide technical support services on a regular basis.
