Консультант_ка (STTA) для підтримки SHARP аналізу та візуалізації даних / Consultant (STTA) to support SHARP data analysis and visualization

Background

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU), in cooperation with the Centre for Sustainable Peace and Democratic Development (SeeD), the USAID funded Democratic Governance East (DG East), USAID’s Transformation Communications Activity (TCA), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), designed and deployed the SCORE-inspired Holistic Assessment of Resilience of Population (SHARP).

 SHARP evidence can be used to support Ukrainian communities, actors, and national and local policymakers under duress during and in the aftermath of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

 PFRU needs to create visually effective data presentation of SHARP I, II at the oblast/hromada level using GIS for this purpose.

 Also, it is needed to enrich the Political Actor Mapping of the Chernihiv oblast by the oblast profile based on SHARP results from the first wave.

PFRU will hire one short-term consultant to perform the following tasks:

1. Defining geocoordinates for the settlement of each respondent participated in the SHARP I and II waves and insert them into the dataset – up to 5000 settlements per a wave (up to 10000 settlements in total).
2. Produce a Chernihiv oblast profile based on the SHARP data and a template provided by PFRU.

LOE, timeline, reporting and coordination.

Consultant’s Level of Effort (LOE) is 6 days (4 days for task 1 and 2 days for task 2) over 2 months. The payment will be done based on deliverables produced.

 Qualification:

• At least 2 years of professional research experience in the relevant field
• Experience on data preparation for GIS (geoinformation systems).
• Experience on charting in MS Power Point.

Deliverables:

• Deliverable 1. Dataset in Excel format with geocoordinates, attributed to the settlement of each respondent of SHARP I
• Deliverable 2. Dataset in Excel format with geocoordinates, attributed to the settlement of each respondent of SHARP II
• Deliverable 3. Profile of Chernihiv oblast in PFRU template.

Location

This position will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
