PADECO is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join JU-BRIDGE, a newly awarded official development assistance initiative funded by JICA. The project’s first phase is set to launch in May 2025.
About the Project
JU-BRIDGE aims to support the recovery and resilience of communities across 10 regions of Ukraine by revitalizing healthcare systems, rebuilding municipal infrastructure, and enhancing social services and governance.
At its core, the project focuses on the restoration and transformation of Ukraine’s healthcare sector, ensuring accessible, resilient, and people-centered services. Additional components will strengthen social protection for vulnerable groups, support municipal development, and promote effective, transparent local governance.
Positions Available – Phase 1
We are recruiting a multidisciplinary core team for Phase 1:
- Senior Program Manager
- Team Leader (4 positions)
- Healthcare Systems Advisor
- Social Services & Inclusion Advisor
- Infrastructure & Municipal Development Advisor
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Specialist
- Project Specialis (7 positions)
- Regional Coordinator – East/Central Ukraine
- Finance & Administration Manager
- Grants & Contracts Specialist
- Communications & Outreach Officer
Duty Station & Terms
Duty stations will vary by position and may include Kyiv, regional hubs in Ukraine, or remote arrangements.
Initial contracts will be issued for 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
Fluency in Ukrainian is required; English or Japanese language skills are considered an asset.
Relocation or in-country security and logistics support will be provided as needed.
