Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project/product/delivery management
– C-level positions or work experience in government authorities for at least 3 years
– Strong experience in managing digital transformation projects or digital product development
– Higher education in the areas of: information technology, law, economics, international law, international economic relations, public administration
– Business analysis skills and understanding of modern digital solutions for process optimization
– Excellent presentation and communication skills
– PMP certification or similar would be a plus
– Experience in the field of LegalTech will be a plus
Main tasks:
- Development of proposals for the formation of state policy in the field of digital transformation and digital development in the spheres of competence of the Ministry, coordination of interests, goals and ways of solving existing problems;
– Preparation of relevant drafts of state policy documents, analytical, informational, reference and other materials and their submission to the Ministry’s leadership for consideration;
– Development of strategic directions for digital transformation of spheres belonging to the competence of the Ministry;
– Management of projects within the specified areas;
– Ensuring legal regulation in the field of digitization, digital transformation and digital development of functions and services in the spheres of competence of the Ministry;
– Implementation of agreements and protocols of information interaction with other government authorities;
– Management of bringing the systems and registers of the Ministry into compliance with the current legislation;
– Management of monitoring and evaluation of the results of implementation of state policy in the field of digitalization, digital transformation and digital development in the spheres of competence of the Ministry;
– Participation in the legal expertise of legal acts;
– Management of personal data processing control processes.
