Вакансія: Mid-Term External Evaluator of the Ukraine Reforms Architecture 2.0 programme

The EBRD is pleased to announce a competitive selection of technical and financial proposals for the Mid-Term Evaluation of the Ukraine Reforms Architecture 2.0 programme (URA 2.0). The deadline for submission of proposals is 16.00 Kyiv time 29 January 2021. The evaluation assignment of URA 2.0 should be conducted during February – March 2021. It will consist of a comprehensive review of the URA 2.0 programme portfolio and activities during the period of April 2020 – February 2021, draw lessons learned and make recommendations for improvements. Full Terms of Reference (ToR) that outlines the project background, objectives of the evaluation, description of the services sought, and the application and selection procedure is attached.

Applications shall be sent to [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected];  by 16.00 Kyiv time 05 February 2021 and consist of:

  • Candidate’s CV, clearly outlining similar projects/assignments (in English),
  • Technical proposal (up to 2 pages) that outlines methodology and action plan of conducting the assignment (in English),
  • Financial proposal,
  • Example of a recently completed evaluation report (sanitized copies will be accepted).

Selection will be conducted on the basis of criteria outlined in the ToR attached. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and interviewed within 5 business days of the application deadline.
