WYG Consulting Ltd. (HR) seeks candidates to fill the position of Senior short time expert IT-developer for the EU-funded Project “Support to Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for Enforcing State Aid Rules”.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine with possibilities of travelling within Ukraine.
Contract Duration: up to 220 working days until September 2020.
Starting Date: ASAP
About Project: The EU-funded project is assisting the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) in upgrading of the State aid monitoring and control system, including legislative, operational and organisational improvements aiming to meet EU standards. The Project is being implemented by an international consortium led by WYG Consulting Ltd. (HR). WYG is a Pan-European technical services provider with legal entities across Europe and actively engaged in Ukraine since 2002.
One of the Project components (“Strengthening of Institutional Capacity of the State aid system”) is aimed at the development of knowledge and skills of the AMCU staff and other stakeholders in the State aid system both on the central and regional levels, regarding legislation, principles and procedures of State aid control. The Project will deliver a comprehensive training programme tailored for specific needs of the AMCU staff, as well as State aid grantors (ministries, state administrations and bodies of local self- governance).
Position Summary -Design and development of the Internal portal based on SharePoint Foundation 2013 for support of internal work and processes in State Aid Monitoring Department. (Activity 1.3.2 according to the Overall Plan of Project Activities); design and development the E-learning portal and Knowledge management system based on Moodle platform with access through the Internet and integrated with internal portal.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- To install and customize the SharePoint 2013 Foundation and MS SQL Express on the server of AMCU.
- To develop the Internal Portal of SAMD AMCU on SharePoint Foundation 2013 with Document Center, Help Desk and 3 steps business processes;
- To install the Moodle platform and customize it for using as the Knowledge management system and Learning management system with colours and web-design elements, which will be provided by Communication advisor.
Qualification requirements:
- A University Degree – in appropriate subject;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a software developer;
- At least 3 years of proven experience in web-application development;
- Strong knowledge of MS SharePoint;
- Experience in LMS Moodle customization;
- Good knowledge of English and Ukrainian (written skills);
- Proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
