Deloitte is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a short-term Data Entry Compiler for Developing Health Workforce Optimization Plan in support of USAID/Ukaid Health Reform Support (HRS).
Period of Performance: February 18, 2021 – March 3, 2021
Level of Effort: 10 working days
Project Background and Summary:
The purpose of the USAID/Ukaid Health Reform Support is to support a transparent, accountable, and effective health care system that is capable of meeting the health needs of the Ukrainian people. Advancing health sector reforms, enhancing transparency, and tackling corruption will reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access and availability of high quality, evidence-based health care services for Ukrainians. Elimination of corruption is a cross-cutting theme across all objectives to be achieved by this activity, which include:
- Improve health sector governance.
- Support the transformation of the healthcare financing model.
- Strengthen the health workforce.
- Enhance transparency, accountability and responsiveness of the health care system.
- Improve service delivery system at all levels.
Background/Objective
The Data Entry Compiler will collect health workforce data in Zhytomyr region at facility level.
Responsibilities
- Collect data on health workforce from all specialized healthcare facilities in Zhytomyr region.
- Enter data into a separate form for each specialized healthcare facility in Zhytomyr region.
- Data should be collected on number of staff particularly administrative staff, physicians, nurses, non-medical staff.
- Data should include information on physicians, nurses, and non-medical staff for each department of all specialized healthcare facilities in Zhytomyr region.
Qualification requirements (minimum):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics or related area.
- Upper-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and, additionally, statistical packages for data analysis and data visualization.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking for searching, processing, using data and presenting post-analysis results.
