The Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine (RST) has opened a call for competitive selection of the following consultancy positions:

The Reform Support Team (RST) is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis by international donors to provide targeted technical support and assist the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine in the design and implementation of priority reforms within the framework of Ukraine Reforms Architecture (URA) Programme.
The funding source of the RST is the EBRD Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA). Contributors to the MDA are Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, the largest donor.
Submissions

All submissions must include a completed Application Form, signed NDA Form, Candidate’s Curriculum Vitae and Reference Letter(s) (please find more details in the descriptions of positions).
Only completed applications which have been submitted using the correct templates will be considered.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the next round of selection.
