Consultant for conduction of semi-structured online interviews with stakeholders for organizational assessment /Консультант для проведення онлайн інтерв’ю зі стейкхолдерами

Since 2008, Pact has been implementing USAID’s civil society programs in Ukraine, including the USAID/ENGAGE activity, which was launched in October 2016 (www.facebook.com/usaidengage, https://engage.org.ua/).

Pact is seeking a consultant to provide the set of services related to conduction of semi-structured online interviews with stakeholders (donors and peer CSOs) within the repeated Organizational Journey to SelfReliance Assessment.

Period of performance: February 2021 – March 2021

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and systematize contact information on stakeholders from 9 ENGAGE partners;
• Schedule interviews with stakeholders and prepare a master schedule (timeline);
• Conduct up to 54 semi-structured online interviews with stakeholders (donors and peer CSOs) using the developed by Pact questionnaire;
• Document each interview and transcript them in English/Ukrainian;
• Prepare aggregated notes for each organization under assessment which group information gathered from the interviewees;
• Prepare spreadsheet with aggregated quantitative data from interviews;
• Support ENGAGE analytical team with clarifications from interviews’ notes (when needed).

 Deliverables

• Master schedule of interviews with stakeholders;
• Transcripts of up to 54 semi-structured online interviews with stakeholders;
• Aggregated notes for each organization under assessment which group information gathered from the interviewees;
• Spreadsheet with aggregated quantitative data from interviews.

 Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Political Science, Social Sciences, Public Relations, International Relations, Public Administration, Journalism, Communication, Media, or similar fields;
• Proven experience related to planning, conducting surveys and data analysis, stakeholder engagement;
• Understanding of political and civic landscape in Ukraine, civil society sector’s development;
• Analytical and technical skills;
• Attentive to details, accurate and able to multitask;
• Proactive, fast-thinker;
• Fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
