Context
Expertise France, the French public agency for international technical cooperation, is implementing the EU-funded “Pravo-Justice” project, which supports justice sector reform and digitalization in Ukraine. As part of the project, a tender has been announced for the development of the official website and information platform for UNITA.
The new platform is intended to enhance the transparency and efficiency of the Association’s activities and will include:

A public registry of insolvency trustees;

A database of legal acts;
-
A database of UNITA decisions and reports.
Tasks
The supplier is expected to develop and implement a new website (domain: unita.community, hosting – Mirohost) and provide training for at least two UNITA staff members on system administration. A one-year warranty support is also anticipated.

A modern, secure, and scalable website;

Convenient access to information for both the professional community and the public;

Digitalization of procedures and increased transparency of UNITA’s operations.
Who Can Participate

Legal entities with proven experience in developing similar information systems;

Teams including a project manager, software architect, programmer, database administrator, and designer;

Demonstrated successful IT project experience over the last five years is mandatory.
