Будь-які питання щодо тендеру необхідно надсилати у письмовому вигляді електронною поштою на електронну адресу [email protected].
Умови проведення тендеру:
Ціни мають бути зазначені в гривнях України, включаючи всі витрати, відповідно до вимог у специфікації.
Вимоги до пропозиції, кваліфікаційні критерії та спосіб оплати – як зазначено у специфікації.
Кінцевий термін подання пропозицій – не пізніше 14 листопада 2025 р., 18:00. Всі пропозиції, отримані після кінцевого терміну, розгляду не підлягають.
Основні критерії оцінки, що будуть впливати на кінцеве рішення щодо переможця тендеру, – зазначені у специфікації.
Переможця тендеру буде обрано на засіданні тендерної комісії, після детальної технічної, фінансової та правової оцінки пропозицій.
BRANCH OF THE FOUNDATION “SOLETERRE STRATEGIE DI PACE ONLUS” IN UKRAINE, within the framework of the project AID 013157/01/008/UCR/013157 is hereby inviting to tender from experienced suppliers for car rental service in Dnipro and Kharkiv.
Please read the tender documentation, which consists of:
a) this announcement;
b) specifications with annexes.
Any questions regarding the tender must be sent in writing by email to [email protected].
Tender conditions:
Prices must be indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias, including all costs, in accordance with the requirements of the specification.
Bid requirements, qualification criteria and payment method – as specified in the specification.
Deadline for submission of bids – no later than November 14, 2025, 18:00. All bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
The main evaluation criteria that will influence the final decision on the winner of the tender are specified in the specification.
The winner of the tender will be selected at a meeting of the tender commission, after a detailed technical, financial and legal evaluation of the bids.
