Dear Sir or Madam,

The Economic Resiliency Activity (hereinafter referred to as “ERA”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Business Development Strategy workshops and assistance in SME strategy design services. ERA realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP. In response, ERA is planning to hold a proposal conference at USAID ERA office in Kyiv (Lva Tolstoho Street, building 9A, ground floor) at 10 a.m., on September 17, 2019, to provide prospective Offerors an opportunity to learn more about the RFP, to have questions about this RFP answered, and to learn more about the proposal and subcontracting process. ERA encourages all interested Offerors to attend the proposal conference. Pre-registration to attend the proposal conference is required at [email protected].

Interested Offerors can submit their questions to [email protected] according to the instructions in the RFP. If necessary, ERA will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment that will be emailed directly to all interested Offerors who registered with [email protected]. Deadline for Receipt of Questions is September 20, 2019, 06:00 pm, Kyiv, Ukraine Time to the email address [email protected].

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals is October 15, 2019, 06:00 pm, Kyiv, Ukraine Time to the email address [email protected] 

This RFP does not obligate ERA to execute a subcontract nor does it commit ERA to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, ERA reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of ERA.
